KPIs for Production Order to Cost Update Process

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are quantifiable measurements for a specified period, depicted in the form of charts and graphs. KPIs help to manage and improve performance of business processes. The Production Order to Cost Update process has the following KPIs:

  • On Time Work Order Completion: This graph measures the performance of a branch plant by calculating the percentage of work order completed on time as per the planned date.

You can set up the goal for this chart by providing value in the Override Default Threshold Percentage field. If this field is left blank, the system takes the value from On Time Work Order Completion Threshold processing option for the P31003X program.

  • Top 10 Engineering Variances (P48270X|W48270XA): Use this chart to view the top 10 engineering variances by item and branch/plant. This chart is based on the One View Work Order Cost Analysis Inquiry program (P48270).
  • Top 10 Actual Variances (P48270X|W48270XC): Use this chart to view the top 10 actual variances by item and branch/plant. This chart is based on the One View Work Order Cost Analysis Inquiry program (P48270).
