Configured Items

The Refresh Inventory Commitments program includes a processing option for configured items. If you do not use configured items, or you create your sales orders with all of the components of the configured items, then you should leave the Check for Configured Items processing option blank. However, if the components of the configured items are not included on sales orders, then you should enter 1 in the processing option so that the Refresh Inventory Commitments program checks active sales orders for the parent item of the components.
