Forms Used to Enter Credit Orders

Customer Service Inquiry	W4210E	Additional Order Processes (G4212), Credit Orders From History	Review and select orders.
Sales Order Detail Revisions	W4210A	Click Add on the Customer Service Inquiry form.	Access the Credit Memo option on the Form menu.
Work With Sales Ledger Inquiry	W42025A	Select Credit Memo from the Form menu on the Sales Order Detail Revisions form.	Enter credit orders from history.

You can also create credit memos from the Sales Order Entry (P42101) program:

Enter New Order	W42101D	On the Manage Existing Order form, click the Add button	Enter new orders.
Work With Sales Ledger Inquiry	W42025A	From the Enter New Order form, select the Credit Memo link; or select Credit Memo from the Go to dropdown menu.	Enter credit orders from history.
