Setting Processing Options for the Order Guides Power Edit Program (P4015PE)

Defaults Tab

1. Offset Days for Previous Order

Use this processing option to specify the default number of days to use when determining whether a customer has or has not ordered items recently. For example, if you typically check to see what items a customer has ordered in the last 30 days, enter 30 in this option.

Process Tab

1. Critical Margin Threshold

Use this processing option to specify critical margin threshold to use when determining the profit margin for an item. If the margin is lower than the value you enter in this field, the system displays the margin in red.

2. Warning Margin Threshold

Use this processing option to specify warning threshold value to use when determining the profit margin for an item. If the margin is greater than the value in this field, the system displays the profit margin in green, to identify that the margin is above the warning threshold. If the margin is equal to or less than the value in this processing option, but higher than the value in the Critical Margin Threshold option, the system displays the margin in yellow to specify that the margin is within the warning range.

Versions Tab

1. Order Template Revision Version (P4015)

Use this processing option to specify the version of the P4015 to use for order guide processing. If you leave this option blank, the system uses version ZJDE0001
