These processing options specify the version that the system uses when you reverse a confirmed order detail line.

Ship Confirmation Version (P4205)

Use this processing option to specify the version of Ship Confirmation program (P4205) used for reversing shipments. This retrieves the status ranges defined in P4205 for shipments eligible for reversal. If you leave it blank, the system uses ZJDE0007.

Note:

P4205R uses these processing options from the specified version of the Ship Confirmation program (P4205) so you must validate these values in the processing options of P4205 before you proceed with the reversal:

• Display tab: 5. Pre-select Detail Lines for confirmation
• Edit tab: 4. Entered Allowed Lot Status Group to validate
• Process tab: 4. Relieve On Hand Inventory Override
