Adding Attachments to License Plates (Release 9.2 Update)

Access the License Plate Workbench - View License Plate Information form.

The system displays attachment icons in the rows of the parent and child license plates that have attachments. Double-click the attachment icon to open the attachments in view/display mode.

To add text attachments to a license plate:

  1. Click Text on the Media Object Viewer form.

  2. Enter the text.

  3. Click Save.

To add file, URL, and template attachments to a license plate:

On the Media Object Viewer form, select the File, URL, or Template option in accordance with the format of the attachment and upload the file. Then click Save.
