Random Location Replenishment Program
After you have defined replenishment groups and detailed replenishment information for the random rules within each replenishment group, you can run the Replenishment to Random Locations program. The system automatically creates replenishment requests and replenishment suggestions by using the information that you specified.
To expedite processing, you should run the Replenishment to Random Locations program during off-peak hours when more system resources are available.
To process lots whose lot status code is defined within the specified Lot Group name listed in the Allowed Lot Status Setup (P41081) program, you can use the Enter Allowed Lot Status Group to Validate processing option on the Edits tab. Also, specify in the Document Type option on the same tab, the document type for identifying Lot groups set up for replenishments in P41081. (Release 9.2 Update)
You can set the Item Availability Calculation processing option on the Default tab of the Replenishment to Random Locations program to include or exclude inbound quantity when you create replenishment requests.(Release 9.2 Update)
