Removing Items from LPNs by Batch (Release 9.2 Update)

Access the Work with Batch Versions - Available Versions form.
  1. Select a version and access the Processing Options form from the Row menu.
  2. In the Default tab, enter the Branch/Plant and click OK.
  3. Select the batch version in the Work with Batch Versions - Available Versions form and click OK.
  4. On Version Prompting, click Submit.
  5. On Printer Selection, select the desired printer, and click OK.

The Remove Items From License Plates report (R46L870) displays the processing results with the details and status of each individual item removed from the LPN records. The whole quantity of these items will now be available as loose items.

Important:

When removing items from LPNs, data selection is critical for the accuracy of the result. You can select data by any available criteria such as LPN, item number, branch/plant, location, or lot. Ensure that you identify and verify the license plate records and items that are included in the batch.

During data selection:

  • If you select a LPN and specify the items to be removed, the R46L870 program only removes the selected items from the specified LPN.
  • If you only select a LPN record to be processed, the R46L870 program removes ALL items in the specified LPN.
  • If you only specify the items to be removed from LPN records, the R46L870 program removes the specified items from all the available LPN records in the branch/plant.
