Key Concepts

  • A tile is a generalized container that holds objects that can be activated. Tiles provide access to the open EnterpriseOne applications, batch versions, tasks, ADF applications, Watchlists, orchestrations, and notifications. When you hover over the tile, the system displays the action associated with the tile and description.
  • A Watchlist represents a collection of items that match the criteria defined for that Watchlist. The number displayed for an item in the tiles represent the count of records that meet the query criteria. Watchlist enables you to easily identify if the data has exceeded acceptable thresholds.
  • You can also have the watchlist associated with each of the tile. The first time you view an EnterpriseOne page or a composite page, the EnterpriseOne system updates the Watchlist with the most current information. You can set a maximum of 4 watchlist to a tile.

Three colors represent the status of watchlist badges.

    • Blue – indicates that the count is acceptable and has not reached the warning threshold.
    • Orange – indicates that the count has surpassed the warning threshold but not yet reached the critical threshold.
    • Red – indicates that the count has surpassed the critical threshold.
  • When you click the tile and navigate to another EnterpriseOne page, the breadcrumb and Back button are displayed. You can use the breadcrumb to navigate to an EnterpriseOne pages in your navigation history or you can use the Back button to go back to the previous page.
