KPIs Used for Warehouse Putaway

Key performance indicators are quantifiable measurements used to gauge a company’s overall long-term performance. Charts and graphs depict how well the business performs over a specified period. You can use the Warehouse Putaway page to quickly measure the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) of the process and review the following graphs:

  • Putaway cycle time: This graph displays the time taken from request creation to completion of the request. There are three parameters to calculate the cycle time.
    1. Average Time Un-suggested: The time taken from request creation to request suggestion.
    2. Average Time Suggestion to Confirmation: The time taken from request suggestion to request closure.
    3. Average Time to Complete the Request: The overall time taken from request creation to request closure.
  • Putaway Accuracy: The system provides suggestions to requests. The Putaway Accuracy graph shows the usage percentage of initial suggestion and the usage percentage of subsequent suggestion based on the system suggestions. The time taken for subsequent suggestion may affect the putaway performance.
    Note: Add additional filters to define your branch plant to view the graph for that specific branch plant.
  • Warehouse Location Utilization: This graph displays the zone wise information of the warehouse location utilization based on the volume used and volume available. The sum of the volume available and volume used of the locations in the zone. The volume is measured based on the measuring unit selected in the branch plant.
