Procurement Management Notifications

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne notifications enable you to improve your business efficiency through the use of proactive notifications that are actionable. Proactive notifications enable the system to notify users of business events as they happen without the need for the user to be online.

This section discusses delivered notifications that you can use with the Procurement Management system. Notification

Description

JDE_NOTIFY_ReceiptRoutingInInspection

Notifies subscribers of generic receipt routing messages about the predefined receipt routing state.

JDE_NOTIFY_43_Held_Purchase_Orders

Notifies subscribers of held purchase orders for the subscription's order type, business unit, and hold code. This notification runs twice every weekday at 8:00 am and 02:00 pm.

Note: You must specify two (2) hold codes when subscribing to this notification.

JDE_NOTIFY_43_Orders_Awt_Approval

Notifies subscribers of purchase orders awaiting approval for the subscription's order type and business unit. This notification runs twice every weekday at 8:00 am and 02:00 pm.

Note: Notifications will only be provided for approvals specific to the user subscribing to the notification.

JDE_NOTIFY_43_Exp_Blanket_Ord

Notifies subscribers of blanket orders nearing expiration for the subscription's order type, business unit, and open quantity threshold. This notification runs once every weekday at 8:00 am.

Note: Orders expiring within the next 60 days will be included in this notification.
