Local Oracle Database Considerations
The Deployment Server installer includes the Oracle 12c database for local use by the Deployment Server. The installation includes GUI tools for database administration.
Caution: Because the
Deployment Server installer must have access to a local Oracle database, you must
install the 32-bit database client prior to installing the Deployment Server. Refer
to the section of this chapter entitled: Installing a 32-Bit Oracle Database Client.
