Field Derivation Rule: Include for all entities.

Derivation Steps:

  1. Derive from the Person HESA Data page.

  2. If no values are defined in Person HESA Data, derive as the HESA code for each of the mapped Impairment record. Unmapped records aren't considered.

  3. Use default, DISABILITY2 to 8 derive as null.

  4. Derive as null.
