There are options under Default Storage Tier:
-Standard (selected)
-Archive

There are these options, which are not selected:
-Enable Auto-Tiering
-Enable Object Versioning
-Emit Object Events
-Uncommitted Multipart Uploads Cleanup

Under Encryption there are options:
-Encrypt using Oracle managed keys (selected). 
-Encrypt using customer-managed keys

Under Tags there is text "Add tags to organize your resources. What can I do with tagging?" (this is a link).

There are fields:
-Tag namespace
-Tag key
-Value
There is a button Add Tag.

The Create button is surrounded by a red border. There is also a Cancel button.
