There are four options:
-My configuration
-Template, which is selected and surrounded by a red border
-Source Code Control System
-Existing Compartment

Under Stack Configuration, there is a button, Select template, which is surrounded by a red border.

Under Custom providers, there is a check box labelled Use custom Terraform providers. The check box is not selected. There is a link beneath the check box "Store custom Terraform providers in a bucket."
