There is a Hide Advanced Options link.

There are tabs for:
-Backend Set Name
-Security List
-Session Persistence, which is shown

There is text "To enable cookie-based session persistence, specify whether the cookie is generated by your application server or by the load balancer. Learn more about sessison persistence (this is a link)."

There are three options:
-Disable Session Persistence
-Enable application cookie persistence, which is selected and surrounded by a red border
-Enable load balancer cookie persistence

There is a Cookie Name field with sample text.

There is a Disable Fallback option, which is not selected.
