Under Primary network there are three options: --Select existing virtual cloud network (selected) --Create new virtual cloud network --Enter subnet OCID Under Virtual cloud network in compartment there is a drop-down list, showing sample text. There is a link Change Compartment. Under Subnet there are options for Select existing subnet (selected) and Create new public subnet. Under Subnet in compartment there is a drop-down list, showing (regional). There is a link Change Compartment. Under Public IP address there are options for Assign a public IPv4 address, which is selected, and Do not assign a public IPv4 address. There is an informational box with text "Assigning a public IP address makes this instance accessible from the internet. If you're not sure whether you need a public IP address, you can always assign one later." There is a link Show advanced options.
