This image shows the Cloud Manager home page behind the NavBar: Menu, which is extended.

There are buttons on the left for Recently Visited, Menu (selected), My Links, My Preferences, and Classic Home.

On the NavBar pane there is a navigation path Menu > PeopleTools > Security.

User Profiles is at the top of the NavBar pane. 
There are selections on the right for Copy User Profiles (which is surrounded by a red border), Delete User Profiles, Distributed User Profiles, Distributed User Set Up, Purge Inactive User Profiles, and User Profiles.
