This image shows the User Profiles, Roles page in Cloud Manager. 
There are tabs at the top for General, ID, Roles (selected), Workflow, Audit, Links, and User ID Queries.

There is a section for Dynamic Role Rule, including:
--A field with a search button for Execute on server

There is a section User Roles, with a grid with columns for Role Name, Description, Dynamic, Route Control, and View Definition. Each row has a plus and minus sign button.

There are three roles, EOPP_USER, PAPP_USER, and PeopleSoft User, listed under User Roles. The plus sign button is surrounded by a red border for the last role, PeopleSoft User.
