Setting Up Notifications

eBill Payment provides notifications that work in conjunction with alert options available on the Installation Options Application Fundamentals: eBill – General Page and My Preferences - eBill Payment Page.

eBill Payment delivers the following notifications:

• EB_INV_DUE_PYMNT - Invoices due for payment

• EB_INV_MISSED_PYMNT - Payments missed for invoices

• EB_PYMNT_PROCESSED - Payments processed

• EB_STMT_NEW - Customer statement generation, new statement notification

• EB_STMT_EMAIL - Customer statement generation, email notification

• EB_STMT_PUSH - Customer statement generation, push notification
