Expenditure Details Inquiry, Encumbrance Details Inquiry, Pre Encumbrance Details Inquiry, Invoice Details Inquiry, and Payment Details Inquiry Pages

Access the Expenditure Details Inquiry, Encumbrance Details Inquiry, Pre Encumbrance Details Inquiry, and Invoice and Payment Details Inquiry pages to view transactional information for a single award or project based on a date range. The values in the Total Summary group box display the sum of the Amount column in the corresponding grid that appears in the Details section of the page.

To access the Expenditure Details Inquiry page, use the navigation: Grants, and then Grants Portal, and then Transaction Inquiries, and then GM Portal Expenditure Inquiry.

To access the Encumbrance Details Inquiry page, use the navigation: Grants, and then Grants Portal, and then Transaction Inquiries, and then GM Portal Encumbrance Inquiry.

To access the Pre Encumbrance Details Inquiry page, use the navigation: Grants, and then Grants Portal, and then Transaction Inquiries, and then GM Portal Pre Encumbrance Inquiry.

To access the Invoice and Payment Details Inquiry page, use the navigation: Grants, and then Grants Portal, and then Transaction Inquiries, and then GM Portal Invoice & Payments.
