Common Elements Used in the Lease WorkCenter

Most WorkCenters have a similar look and are configured the same. Some icons are developed in PeopleTools and appear on WorkCenter pages.

Elements that are specific to Lease are:

Field or Control	Description
(update selected rows)	Select to change the action icon next to every row to a check box. This allows you to select multiple rows and take the same action on all selected rows. Select again to change all check boxes back to an action icon.
(Check box)	Select to indicate that you want to work on that transaction or that you want to perform an action (in the Action drop-down list box) for the transaction.
(Actions)	Select an action to apply to the selected rows. Actions are specific to the selected pagelet or exception. Some examples include: Lease Abstract Add To Portfolio The options that are available is determined by security.
