Understanding the Load RFQ EDX Responses Process

Use the Load Inbound RFQ Responses Application Engine process (PO_RFQLOAD) to load RFQ responses received through EDX. RFQ responses can be received through EDI with the 843 transaction.

After running the EDI Inbound Agent, accessed through PeopleTools or Process Inbound EC Agent, you must run the Load Inbound RFQ Responses process. The Load Inbound RFQ Responses process adds the supplier responses to the PeopleSoft tables.
