Information Type	Description
Event Description	The requester sends a bid response to the service coordinator with the bid action of End Communication. The service coordinator sends a bid response to the requester with the bid action of End Communication. The service coordinator sends a bid response to the service provider contact with the bid action of End Communication. The service provider contact sends a bid response to the service coordinator with the bid action of End Communication.
Action Description	Notifies the service coordinator that communication has ended for this bid. Notifies the requester that communication has ended for this bid. Notifies the service provider contact that communication has ended for this bid. Notifies the service coordinator that communication has ended for this bid.
