Delivered Roles for Fluid ePerformance

The system delivers these roles for the Fluid ePerformance functionality:

• (Administrator) ePerformance HR Admin Fluid (Administer ePerformance Fluid)

• (Manager) Fluid Dashboard - MSS ePerf (Manager ePerformance Dashboard)

  This role provides access to the Team Performance Dashboard after selecting the Team Performance tile.

• (Employee) Fluid Dashboard - ESS ePerf (Empl ePerformance Dashboard)

  This role provides access to the Performance Dashboard after selecting the Performance tile.

Important:

(Manager and employee) In Fluid ePerformance, users without any fluid dashboard role continue to access their document lists using respective navigation collections. They work with performance documents using Fluid pages the same way as the users who have the fluid dashboard roles.

Users still need ePerformance Manager Fluid and ePerformance Employee Fluid roles to take advantage of the Fluid ePerformance functionality.
