User Roles for Fluid Business Objectives

Users need these roles to work with business objective documents in Fluid:

• (Administrator) ePerformance HR Admin Fluid (Administer ePerformance Fluid)

  This role provides access to the Review Manager Cascaded Items Page to review a list of item cascading processes run by managers.

• (Manager) Fluid Dashboard - MSS ePerf (Manager ePerformance Dashboard)

  This role provides access to the Team Performance Dashboard after selecting the Team Performance tile. The Business Objectives tile is delivered on the Team Performance dashboard by default. It can be added to any Fluid home page through personalization.

• (Employee) Fluid Dashboard - ESS ePerf (Empl ePerformance Dashboard)

  This role provides access to the Performance Dashboard after selecting the Performance tile. The View Business Objectives tile is delivered on the Performance dashboard by default. It can be added to any Fluid home page through personalization.

Important:

(Manager and employee) Users without any fluid dashboard role continue to access their business objective document lists using respective menu navigations. They work with business objective documents using Fluid pages the same way as the users who have the fluid dashboard roles.

Users still need ePerformance Manager Fluid and ePerformance Employee Fluid roles to take advantage of the Fluid Business Objectives functionality.
