Mapping Process

As an important part of the eSocial functionality, the mapping process:

• Gathers the one-to-one field values that are required by eSocial event reporting, based on the input provided in the driver and cross-reference tables.

• Extracts all the information required for the events to be reported, and populates it to corresponding staging records.

  After the mapping process is finalized, a call can be made to the XML generation AE process to create XML outputs for event data found in staging tables.

• Updates driver rows with corresponding statuses based on the options selected on the run control page and data being processed.
