S-2500 Labor Proceedings
Non periodic event. This event layout records information about labor proceeding decisions of labor courts and settlement agreements submitted to CCP/NINTER ambit and scope.
It provides both the individual’s personal and employment information, as well as the basis of calculation for the collection of FGTS and the Social Security Contribution RGPS.
The system triggers the S-2500 event when you enter labor proceeding-related information for an employee using the Assign Labor Proceedings BRA component.
