S-3500 Exclusion Event - Labor Proceeding

Non periodic event. This event layout deletes labor proceeding or labor proceeding tax information that was previously sent to the government using the S-2500, S-2501, or S-2555 event.

The system triggers the S-3500 event when you:

• Select the button to delete a labor proceeding record on the Proceeding Information Page (or delete a labor proceeding tax record on the Labor Proceeding Tax BRA Page) and the S-2500 (or S-2501) event for that record has been submitted and processed successfully by the government. If the S-2500 (or S-2501) event has NOT been submitted and processed successfully by the government, the labor proceeding (or labor proceeding tax) record and its pending event will be deleted from the system.

• Select S-3500 as the event to delete S-2555 events for selected labor proceeding tax records in a batch process on the Proceeding Tax Consolidation Page. Only S-2555 events that were processed successfully by the government can be deleted using the S-3500 event on the Proceeding Tax Consolidation page.
