Defining Compensation Rates for Workers
Use the CI_JOB_CODE_TBL and SALARY_GRADE_TBL component interfaces to load the data into the tables for these component interfaces.
After you define rate codes (and optional categories such as rate code classes and groups), you can define compensation rates for workers. Defining worker compensation is fully documented in other HCM product documentation, as shown in the table below.
