Reporting on Leave Transfer Programs

PeopleSoft provides the following leave transfer reports, which you can access by navigating to Workforce Administration, and then Leave Administration USF, and then Reports:

  • FGPY028 − Leave Acceptance Notifications.

  • FGPY029 − Leave Bank Participants (required by OPM).

  • FGPY030 − Leave Transfer Participants (required by OPM).

  • FGPY031 − Leave Denial Notifications.
