(CAN) Submitting Statistics for the Your Canada Academic Teaching Surveys

The Track Faculty Events business process enables you to prepare and submit the StatsCan (Statistics Canada) Academic Teaching Survey for your organization. Statistics Canada requires that all Canadian universities and degree-granting institutions produce full-time (FT) and part-time (PT) Academic Teaching Survey reports. These reports are a legislative requirement.

The Load Teaching Survey Data – FT Survey process creates an FT Academic Teaching Survey record for each employee who meets certain conditions for full time status. The Load Teaching Survey Data – PT Survey process creates a PT Academic Teaching Survey record for each employee who meets the conditions for part time status. To produce these reports, you must set up some additional HR control tables with Statistics Canada fields listed after each table.
