1.14.3 Backing up the Directory Server and Database

Before you proceed with the installation, back up all servers and databases that you previously set up for the installation.

To ensure recovery to this point as necessary, do the following:

• Back up any changes that you made to the database server while setting up your PeopleSoft system.

• Back up any changes that you made to your directory server prior to this installation procedure.
