1.18.3 Defining New Roles for Global Search
This section list the roles that are provided for Global Search and Search Pages.
To enable search for a user, your PeopleSoft Security administrator should add these roles as follows:

Select PeopleTools, Security, User Profiles, User Profiles, and select the appropriate user.

On the User Profiles page, select the Roles tab.

Add the following roles, which are listed in this table along with the Permission Lists and Search:
