1.20.3 Defining Roles for PeopleSoft Insights

Each Insights Dashboard is secured by roles. For users to be able to access Insights Tiles and Dashboards, your PeopleSoft Security Administrator should follow these steps:

1. Select PeopleTools, Security, User Profiles, User Profiles.

2. On the User Profiles page, select the Roles tab.

3. Add the PeopleSoft role to grant access to the corresponding Insights Tile and Insights Dashboard.
