1.16 Installing Service Handlers
Some products contain service handlers that you must activate for the database to work properly.
See PeopleTools: PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
This step is not performed by the installer but by the implementation team.
To install and activate service handlers:

Sign in to the PeopleSoft portal and select PeopleTools, Integration Broker, Integration Setup, Service Definitions.

Identify the products listed in the following table that have Service Handlers that need to be activated:

Carry out these steps for the necessary products:

Get a list of services for products (as applicable).

Enter each service name in the Service name field.

Click Search for each.

On the Service details page, click the service operation link in the Existing Operations grid.
The Service Operation details page appears.

Select the Handlers tab, and verify that the Handlers Status is set to Active.
