This image shows the Add SSH keys portion of the Create Compute Instance page.

Under Add SSH keys there is text "Generate an SSH key pair (this is a link) to connect to the instance using SSH, or upload a public key that you already have."

There are four radio buttons:
--Generate a key pair for me
--Upload public key files (.pub) (selected and surrounded by a red border)
--Paste public keys
--No SSH keys

The field labelled SSH public keys has text Drop .pub files here. It also has a link for Browse.
