This image shows the Limits, Quotas and Usage page in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.

There is a button labelled "Request a service limit increase" at the top.

Under the Limits, Quotas and Usage title on the right there is text "Your tenancy has limits (link) on the maximum number of resources you're allowed to use. You can use quotas (link) to allocate resources to compartments. If you're an administrator in an eligible account, you can request a service limit increase."

There is a action button (three dots) that edits the filters.
There are drop-down lists for Service, Scope, and Compartment.
There is a Search field.

There is a grid with columns Description, Service Limit,  and Available, and several rows of data.
