Accessing the Update Doc Target Location Utility

To access the Update Doc Target Location utility page (IB_DOCUMENT_TARGET) in the IB_DOCUMENT_TARGET select PeopleTools, and then Documents, and then Document Utilities, and then Update Doc Target Location.
