Updating the site.pp File

Carry out these steps on the existing, initial PeopleTools 8.63.<init> environment (for example, 8.63.01):

1. Open the site.pp file for editing.

   The site.pp file is installed with the PeopleTools DPKs, and is found in BASE_DIR/dpk/puppet/production/manifests.

2. Verify that the site.pp file includes pt_tools_deployment, as shown in the sample below.

   Note:

   There is a space after “include” in these examples.

   Save the file and close.
