Copying the PPLTLS861 Project

PeopleSoft Change Assistant will display this step if your current PeopleTools release is greater than or equal to PeopleTools 8.58 and less than the PeopleTools 8.61 release represented within the project name.

This process copies the remaining objects to the database that are necessary for the proper operation of PeopleSoft PeopleTools. Records, fields, and indexes were copied earlier in the upgrade in a separate step. The PPLTLS861 project contains all PeopleSoft PeopleTools objects that have been created or updated in the PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.61 release. You may see the following kind of warning during the copy:

Record PeopleCode Definition Name: RecordPeoplecodeName not copied, parent definition does not exist in target database

This warning can be ignored because the parent record was modified or deleted in the prior task “Copying Select Objects from PeopleTools Projects.” The objects referenced in the warning are listed in the composite delete project PPLTLS84CURDEL, which will be copied later in this task.
