Merging the PeopleTools Projects Again

In this step, the PPLTLS84CUR project definition is merged with the PATCH86X project definition for the new release so that the PPLTLS84CUR project definition is updated with any new records delivered in the PeopleTools Patch. This updated project will be used later in the upgrade when creating PeopleTools views.

Note:

This step will be skipped if the patch project does not exist.
