Viewing the Business Process Summary

Access the Business Process Summary page.

This example illustrates the fields and controls on the Business Process Summary page. You can find definitions for the fields and controls later on this page.

Business Process Summary page

The names of the high-level business processes and detailed business processes on this page are links to the Business Process List page and the Business Process Features page, on which you can view and edit the list of features that you want to implement.

Additionally, features are listed on this page that don't directly support a business process, but that are required to support the business process. Theses features are identified as Business Process Independent.

Field or Control Description

Delete

Click the icon in this column to delete this feature from the implementation project. This action is enabled only for nonrequired features. Any feature that you delete from the Business Process Summary page is also deleted from the Product Summary page.

Add/Remove Features

Click the By Product link to display the Product List page, on which you can add and remove features.

Click the link By Business Process to display the Business Process List page, on which you can add and remove features.

Generate Setup Tasks

Click this button to start the process that creates the setup task list. This button is not available for selection until you save the implementation projects.

Note:

If you delete a business process from this page, the system also deletes the related features from the Product Summary page.
