Setting the PS_SERVDIR Environment Variable

To set PS_SERVDIR, start PSADMIN and select a domain.

When you select an Application Server domain, the PS_SERVDIR value is set to %PS_CFG_HOME%/appserv/<Domain Name>.

When you select a Process Scheduler domain, the PS_SERVDIR value is set to %PS_CFG_HOME%/appserv/prcs/<Domain Name>.

Note that you cannot change this value using the normal commands for setting environment variables. This setting applies only to server processes. Do not set PS_SERVDIR for client processes, such as Application Designer.

The PS_SERVDIR environment variable is referenced by several features, such as Application Engine, Integration Broker, and PeopleCode.
