SMTPOAuthUseUserSession

Use this to specify whether the OAuth2 token associated with the current user or the SMTPOAuthPIAUser user from the configuration file is used to send the outbound email.

Set SMTPOAuthUseUserSession to Y to use the OAuth2 token for the current user. Set to N to use the OAuth2 token associated with the SMTPOAuthPIAUser user from the configuration file. However, this flag can be overridden by the UseUserSessionPermissions property in PeopleCode.
