Usage Monitor Specific Option
Controls whether Usage Monitoring is enabled for the domain. Enter 1 to enable usage monitoring for this domain. Enter 0 to disable usage monitoring for this domain even when Usage Monitoring is enabled system-wide.
The default value is UMOption=0, meaning monitoring is not enabled for the domain.
