Invoking Siebel REST APIs for Workspaces

This chapter discusses REST APIs for working with Siebel Workspaces.

REST APIs for Workspace Operations

There are eleven REST APIs for Workspace operations that allow you to perform almost every Workspace operation through REST requests. You cannot resolve rebase conflicts using the REST APIs. Those must be done in Siebel Tools or Web Tools. The APIs are:

• CancelRebase

• Create

• Checkpoint

• Delete Workspace

• Deliver

• FinishRebase

• Get

• Rebase

• Revert

• SubmitForDelivery

• UndoSubmitForDelivery

Note: You must give access to the Workspace Actions Service Business Service for the needed Responsibilities to call these operations from REST.
