Audit Trail for Subject Visit Template Version Changes
Siebel Clinical automatically records audit trail entries when the version of a Subject Visit Template (SVT) changes at the Site or Subject level. This functionality provides traceability for changes to visit schedules and supports transparency for operational review, customer inquiries, and audit or compliance requirements.
Audit records are generated when SVT version changes occur through site-level updates or when updates are propagated to subjects.
The audit trail captures the following events:
- Site-level SVT version change.
- When the SVT version associated with a Site is modified, the system records an audit entry indicating that the SVT version has changed.
- Subject-level SVT version change.
- When a Subject’s SVT version changes, the system records an audit entry with the
operation type Modify. This change can occur when:
- A user manually updates the SVT version for the subject.
- A change to the Site SVT version propagates to associated subjects.
These audit entries allow administrators and auditors to review when SVT versions changed and identify the records affected by the change.
Audit entries can be reviewed using the standard Siebel Clinical audit trail functionality.
