Preventing Deletion of Completed Visits During Protocol Amendments

When applying protocol amendments, Siebel Clinical can preserve completed subject visits and associated activities to maintain study data integrity.

A configuration property controls whether completed visits are retained when a new Subject Visit Template (SVT) version is applied during protocol amendment processing.

Property	Description
Dont Delete Completed Visits	Determines whether completed visits are retained when protocol amendments update subject visit templates.

Property values include:

• Y — Completed visits are retained.
• N — Completed visits can be deleted and recreated according to the new SVT version.

The default value is Y.
