About the Siebel File System
The Siebel File System is a shared file system directory or set of directories. The
Siebel File System stores document files, Siebel Product Configurator models, and other
files that are not suitable for database storage. Siebel CRM provides roles and
responsibilities to control access to these files. System user preferences are stored in the
userpref subdirectory of the Siebel File System.
